I recommend you do the umbrella stroller unless you're out there for short periods and know they'll walk or you can carry them. The water parks and pools cover a huge area so there is a lot of walking. My 5 year old got a little upset she couldn't do the big ones, but if you keep the 5 and 2 year old together, there are a few options for them.

Atlantis is huge and they got tired of walking and we got exhausted from carrying them.
